This weeks comments, reviews, news and buzz on Luis Salgado
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
"Luis Salgado exudes passion, not only for teaching and performing, but for every aspect of life. A risktaker, a dreamer, and a true artist in ever sense of the word, he is constantly aiming higher and reaching new heights. And the only way to reach those heights is to risk the fall." - Lindsay Dreyer

"By contrast, business is booming at In the Heights, whose vigour resides in its spiffy cast of motivated young dancers who are allowed personal freedom of expression by the skilled choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler. This dance ensemble, filled with bright lights like Luis Salgado drives the action forward, even when the plot bogs down." - Benjamin Ivry

"Don't forget to give Luis Salgado some credit for choreography too, he was the latin dance choreographer", "if you watch him in the club seen his dancing is FIERCE". - Mealz1042

From the blog od Elizabeth Barry
It's Tony's month and we've got our fingers crossed at EB & A for Luis Salgado and his amazing cast of In the Heights. In celebration of their 13 nominations, we designed a partnership for Luis to be the guest correspondent at http://www.tonylovers.com/ for the month of June. Plus, the Tony Lovers website was completely re-designed, so Luis was part of a NEW branding campaign to re-launch this dedicated Broadway website. Please be sure to visit and learn more about Luis as he shares his personal insight and experiences as an aspiring and emerging dancer/actor/choreographer and new founder of R.Evolucion Latina. Congratulations Luis and best of luck to the cast of In the Heights at the TONY's this weekend.
Luis Salgado and members of R.Evolucion Latina, respectively, some of the hottest cast from Broadway's In the Heights, stopped by the Power of SHINE booth at DRA's Dancing at the Crossroads to celebrate our mission. John Rua choreographed a phenomenal piece entitled: 'Coming to America', and the members proudly wore their SHINE on stage to further promote the wristband's awareness campaign for dance charities. Its dancers like these, and artists like Luis that can be respected for their ability to come together and support ideas. Congratulations to In the Heights, R.Evolucion Latina and the crew that performed their piece in Times Square. SHINE ON BABY, SHINE ON!

This March, we made our way to 93.1 Amor with client, Luis Salgado, where he was able to discuss his NEW organization, Revolucion Latina as well as his recent stardom on Broadway. Luis is a talented actor, choreographer, and dancer not to mention one of the most inspiring young men we've met in the dance field. He's building an impressive resume for himself on Broadway and in film.
We love working with Luis because he is an altruistic individual who shares the same dreams as we do. He's an inspiration to us all.
